Thank you for shopping with Dainty Dollhouse. We put a lot of care (and a little magic) into every handmade piece. If something arrives that isn't quite right, our return policy makes the process simple and stress-free. Please read the details below to understand how returns and exchanges work.
Returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date & valid proof of purchase is required
- Condition: Dolls must be clean, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached
Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact us at daintydollhousedolls@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please provide order number and reason for return.
- Prepare your return: Place the items in their original packaging.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- We do not accept refunds or returns on any dolls in the clearance collections
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at daintydollhousedolls@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
